DeStefano and Scanlon of Colliers International represent Southern New Hampshire University in 40,000 s/f lease - Property owned by Brady Sullivan

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) expand to 1230 Elm St., also known as the Brady Sullivan Building.

SNHU leased 40,000 s/f of the 4th and 5th floors for College for America (CfA). Jim DeStefano and Dan Scanlon of Colliers International represented the tenant.

"Southern New Hampshire University is a popular university here in the city", said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate for Brady Sullivan Properties. "1230 Elm Street is a great location for them. It is close to their other campuses and right at the heart of downtown Manchester."
